Etruscan, mid 7th Century BC
Clay, cream slip and red-brown colour.
H 45.7 cm
Ovoid corpus with long neck, wide mouth with flat rim, trumpet-like foot and two handles. On the body a frieze with a bird with wings spread out, a wild boar, a panther, a standing male figure, a disc, a snake biting the tail of a griffin in front of it. Rare. Intact.
